We build a unique financial model structured to your specific needs. This includes historic data and is used to support strategic resource planning and provide high level information for investors and senior management.
Reporting
We establish a financial control and reporting environment that produces timely and accurate information consistent with the strategic plan. We work alongside your existing accounts department or as a fully outsourced function.
Updating
Critically, the loop is closed by constantly updating the strategic financial model, which is therefore always ready to provide a detailed comparison of performance against plan and as the basis for projecting a range of future scenarios. This also means that the business always has a current financial model to support further strategic planning and fundraising activities.
